BUDGET
An expedition in northern Greenland, for all members, is a physical, moral and financial commitment.
Reaching the globe’s most remote regions has a cost and there is no room for improvisation and estimation. Everyone's safety depends on quality and the level of organisation.
The expedition can only run with a minimum of four travellers for a price of €24,850 per traveller, including:
- • Flights
- ⁃ Return business class flights from a major European city - Copenhagen
- ⁃ Return business class flights from Copenhagen - Kangerlussuaq
- ⁃ Return flights from Kangerlussuaq - Ilulissat - single class
- ⁃ Return flights from Ilulissat - Upernavik - single class
- ⁃ Return helicopter flights from Upernavik - Kullorsuaq
- • The various full-board accommodations
- • Local and imported food over the course of the expedition
- • Provision of clothing for the extreme cold (outer layer - boots, snowsuit, sleeping bag for the extreme cold) and ski equipment
- • Sledge and equipment, complete bivouacking equipment, tracking/safety equipment
- • Trackers and ice experts
- • The various specific local permits and authorisations
Additional, full, compulsory insurance coverage (around €500)
Considering the nature of the expedition, we cannot take more than seven travellers per mission.
