BUDGET

An expedition in northern Greenland, for all members, is a physical, moral and financial commitment.

Reaching the globe’s most remote regions has a cost and there is no room for improvisation and estimation. Everyone's safety depends on quality and the level of organisation.

The expedition can only run with a minimum of four travellers for a price of €24,850 per traveller, including:

  • Flights
    • Return business class flights from a major European city - Copenhagen
    • Return business class flights from Copenhagen - Kangerlussuaq
    • Return flights from Kangerlussuaq - Ilulissat - single class
    • Return flights from Ilulissat - Upernavik - single class
    • Return helicopter flights from Upernavik - Kullorsuaq
  • The various full-board accommodations
  • Local and imported food over the course of the expedition
  • Provision of clothing for the extreme cold (outer layer - boots, snowsuit, sleeping bag for the extreme cold) and ski equipment
  • Sledge and equipment, complete bivouacking equipment, tracking/safety equipment
  • Trackers and ice experts
  • The various specific local permits and authorisations

Additional, full, compulsory insurance coverage (around €500)

Considering the nature of the expedition, we cannot take more than seven travellers per mission.
